I did earlier this week the $30 off $60 on a prime account and that account isn't targeted. While my standard account is targeted.

Last year it didn't require it to be in one purchase. It works up to $50 in combined purchases.

for a deal which never came up on my account, there you have to try a little bit harder, while the $30 off a $60 purchase popped up on my account under promotion by one of the items, but when I clicked in it said you're not targeted for this offer but then again they were showing me that I'm targeted as I had to link on my product page that's where I would contact Amazon and say a why is it not working?

I just tried DOC's tip of removing all cc's on the account except for the MR account, and it worked on one account! Looking forward to Prime Day, but hoping it won't get used up before then like it did the last time they had this promo... Is $5 million in discounts a lot for amazon???
