i am not sure if this is the correct forum for this q bit here goes-
can you transfer funds from a pay pal accnt to a bank accnt? is there a fee?

another q- do you earn 2% back into your accnt or do they subtract a fee(a pay pal receiving fee)?

You don’t get 2% on PayPal balance, only on PayPal credit card.

i think you missunderstood my q my q is whether or not the 2% back from the cc is fee free (meaning you will get the full 2% in your accnt to use )?

Oh.
Yes, you can use the full amount. They do not subtract any fees from it.
