Wasn't Sure whether to post here or
https://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=127461.0 Just came back from a quick getaway to the Eden Roc in Cap Cana
A few notes before getting to the Kosher food situation.
Resort is beautiful although definitely a little older than some other comparable hotels (Nizuc etc)
Booked with Amex Platinum Fine resorts, was $100 cheaper a day & included upgrade, guaranteed 4pm checkout & a $150 food/beverage credit
Hotel offers complimentary airport pickup/drop-off.
Each villa gets a golf cart to use for the duration of the stay as villa area is a few min away from restaurant/beach area
The resort is on a beautiful golf course & makes for a nice half hour drive with the golf cart
Kosher FoodThe hotel has a full time Mashgiach on site making it the only hotel outside of Bahamas & Cancun (I think?) to offer freshly made/supervised kosher food.
All food is made in the Blue restaurant & when served there is on glass dishes with cutlery etc, you can also order to the beach & room & then it comes in to-go containers (thats all my pictures)
There are 3 options for the Kosher program
$40 a day pp kosher fee & you can order from the menu below.
$140 a day pp half board includes breakfast & dinner from same menu
$240 a day pp full board includes breakfast, lunch & dinner from same menu
Overall food was very good & way better then expected with some items (pizza especially) being top notch.
All breads & burger buns are baked fresh daily on site
