My Rebbe told me to think big and then make it even bigger :D

True, but sometimes thinking big also requires dividing things up.

This forum is big, but each topic has its own thread.

Sorry to hear about the politics. Perhaps try doing it with your age group instead?

But in all seriousness, the community in CLE is now too fractured to pull that off :'(

Then maybe the first step is a Kinus Anash of Cleveland?

LOL, you can't do it for Cleveland, so you want to do it for all of Lubavitch?

Hahaha. Only one is personal.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

The larger your target the harder it is to miss. (I.e. if you target a large enough audience, even a partial success will be seen as such, since it will still affect large numbers).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I don't mean no hope as in they can't come back, as many do. But from the yeshiva friends I've seen, once those go, OTD quickly follows. It indicates a crisis of faith.
We had a similar discussion on DDF when Matisyahu shaved his beard on whether he would go full OTD.
Granted, all anecdotal.
I think this may have been true at one point, but a quick look at parents dropping the kids off at mainstream Lubavitch schools says it's just not true anymore.
I agree. Same with Chasidim (non lubavitch). It used to be all or nothing, but within the past 10 years or so I've seen many chasidim become more "litvish" and not go OTD. The stigma of not being like your peers has worn off, and it is way more accepted (or at least ignored) to continue to live in your community while being less like them.
I'm not who you think I am.

Lol, the official way to say it nicely when someone removes his beard.. "ער האט בלויז איינגעזעהן אז די גר׳׳א איז געוועזן גירעכט"

I think I have the perfect solution. Satmer will do outreach on Lubavitcher, and vice versa.
OMG! Saw this and didn`t know to cry or to laugh!
