Pesach 2020 with pre teens and teens from MN

Hello everyone!
I'm on my early planning stages to spend pesach in Israel next year with my 3 kiddos. Ages 10 to 15. It will be their first time and my second. I'm  sandwiching pesach byn going a few days before and going tentatively from March 31st to April 19th?? (Trying to get back to work on Monday and kids back to school too 😅).
Questions:
1.Am I crazy? Yes I know that. But next year in Jerusalem...
2. What's the best way to make it across the pond from MSP? Chicago? East Coast? London?
3. Any Pesach seders recommended to join? (Preferably Sephardic)
4. I have a  US bank flexperks old card just opened a Citi double cash a few months ago and I just signed up for the Delta Amex bonus of 60k miles after spending 2k in 2 or is it 3 months?
5. Can I transfer any of those miles/points in between cards?
6.When is the best time to buy tickets and book lodging?
7.In the vein of Without breaking the bank...is it possible during pesach?
8. Any advice helps (I read some of the places to visit on the threads and I'm looking mostly for help with logistics/car rental/lodging
etc.
