Even if there was, you'd likely be screwing your "friend" out of a signup bonus. (AFIAK, people that sign up through refer a friend bonuses get no signup bonus.)

Not universally true, but it would depend on the specific terms of the referral offer.

I'm pretty sure with the spg you get the signup bonus even when you get referred.

I have refered SPG and friends have got the signup bonus.

I should note however that was with the regular 10000 point bonus. I t may be diifferent when they have the special promos.
