Don't want to give bad people any ideas but that is way to close for comfort. With no security on that beach you can literally throw whatever you want in the air and it'd hit that plane.

Unless you can lug a 2,000 pound boulder 250 feet in the air, you're not going to do much damage.

And, whatever you could do with your hand, or even a gun C'V, it likely wouldn't do much, as the plane on final approach, just feet from landing.
