If a person doesn't care about premium products (or to a lesser extent diving), and can stay at either in OWB at FS, SR, or IHG T, then I'd pick BOB > MLE.

My top 10 all time bucket list, not necessarily in a particular order:
1. Go into the attic of the Maharal Shul in Prague
2. Go to Mecca by the Hajj
3. Sky dive in Dubai
4. Hang glide in Rio
5. Go on a tour to North Korea
6. Go on an expedition to Antarctica
7. Cross Siberia in the dead of winter
8. Go to space
9. Boat down the Amazon
10. Fly out of TLV on an international flight with absolutely no luggage.

The list is significantly longer but i picked the 10 that are most realistic that I see happening in the next 3-4 years. At least 3 are already planned.
