There are sometimes tickets from Miami for $100 to NY , so person is looking to buy this ticket will not need $250 one
Each situation is different
It might not make sense for one person , yet will make perfect sense for other

My point was, that you save only $15 when you buy a $250 gc but $25 when you buy a $100 gc. So as long as the ticket is more than $250, one would be an idiot to buy the $250...
