Woot does not have a permanent listing for BOCs. Instead, during a Woot-off when they cycle through deals until they run out, they insert BOCs in between listings. So you have to keep watching the woot-off and refreshing as listings sell out, hoping that you will catch it as soon as a BOC (which will have some creative name but always the same brown-bag picture) is put up, and that you can snag one the millisecond it goes up, before it sells out. (You will usually be put into a wait screen, which pretty much means that you missed it.)

There are some tricks to improving your chances, but nothing has worked for me yet, so you may want to ask others or Google it.

You have to go to the woot of page and keep on refreshing, and even then most times you get placed in the waiting room and dont end up getting anything.
