Will it work on Macy's Amex?
and hence my question...
Let's use our brains for a minute and ponder this question.Wouldn't logic dictate that if the registration date or link was known or any update was posted from Amex, it would of been posted all over the place here, and the million other CC blogs? It hasn't yet, so there's your answer.
I think it's pretty safe to assume that if Dan would have the link, he would have posted it together with the date.
I have a Macy's Amex, how do you make it work on SBS? I thought you can only use the card inside Macy's
You can use it anywhere.
you may have to send a SM to get the credit pushed through for this card
Priority-1 (a wonderful organization) just sent out an email asking me to fill out a $25 donation form and they will process it on Nov 24th.Here is the Link
They may be great, but the info on that page about 2 cards with the same number is dead wrong.
is there even such a thing as amex giving diff names and same number on 2 cards?
What happens when these organizations charge everyone's Amex cards, and then find out that Amex is enforcing it's terms which exclude charities from the promotion? ELIGIBILITY: The Program is only available to qualifying small businesses. For the purpose of this Program, qualifying small businesses include small, locally-owned storefront and online businesses with $10 million in annual revenue or less. Businesses in the following industries are excluded: government agencies, charities, non-profits, trade associations, shopping property management firms, political, religious and educational organizations. Small businesses that are part of a franchise brand with more than 100 stores are excluded. Additionally, if a franchise brand has more than 20 corporate-owned units, then the entire brand is excluded. Small businesses that promote any of the following are not eligible for the Program: pharmaceuticals, drugs, politics, pornography or sexual aids, diet aids, gambling, liquor, tobacco, firearms/weapons, or any sensitive topic with respect to current events. By participating in this Program, you represent and warrant that (i) your business complies with the requirements set forth herein and (ii) you are the owner of the business and have the right to participate in this Program on behalf of your business and to grant the rights herein. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
then it becomes tzedakah l'shmah
Those terms are for the free ad program, not necessarily SBS.If anything, we can infer from those terms that there are other types of small businesses that qualify for SBS even though they don't qualify for free ads
