No, to enter CC info when cards are used. If you have one or two it is no big deal but when we are talking 20+ then it is a big help.

No special software needed but some programming skills needed if you want to get fancy. To have it just enter CC# you just swipe and it is the same as manually entering it. With a reader, RoboForm or any form fill program and a script program you have just about everything automated.

Yeah, when you click to expand a transaction, under description it appears like this: CHARITY/SOCIAL SRVC.
If it would be a business it would come up under description as "GROCERY STORE", "HARDWARE STORE" etc.
