Last year's T&C:
Eligible small business merchants are independently owned small businesses located in the United States that accept the American Express Card. Purchases made at large or national chain stores, at franchised business locations and at government agencies are not eligible. Prepaid, Corporate Cards and ExpressPay transactions are not eligible.

I also thought yes but i searched and searched this thread and while there was discussion about  tzedakahs it didn't come up even once.  So I think it probab;y wasn't and I am thinking of other promotions like the Chicago deal or big break etc etc.

If so, at 5-25 cards each it will go REAL fast

You better get in before the FWF underground effect. They can register 100 cards in less than a minute with the tools they have in place.

Writers are another story. This is the one I have IDMB-354133B and has been working great for a couple of years. IIRC I paid around 20 on eBay but they seem to more now.

They are just using basic scripts with all info stored in a database.

I can't speak for this year, but I just now finished my store credit at the local kosher grocery...

I probably had 30 cards or so lying around.
