If u have 20 cards then u sign up all of them. Pretty simple.
And 20 cc's is referring to a measurement :-P

so that is applying for 20 credit cards doesn't that ruin your credit score ? and only 1 offer per card ? or per store ?

How about you start from the front Page of Dansdeals start reading from the credit card tab. Then once uve done that come to the forums and start reading and searching once that's done come back here and hopefully by next year's SBS you should have a few Amex cards.
Or another alternative you can search for the "questions for beginner's" thread and ask there.
It seems you are a real beginner its time for you to learn.

none takin I have read the dans deals amex thread and , chase ink , sapphire threads . I do have 1 amex card and I am still tryin to find out if I register more cards will it work and how and can my 1 card be used more than once in order to receive cash back ? thanx

Register that 1 card at shopsmall.com and spend $25 at a small business this coming Motzei Shabbos.
No, it can not be used more than once.
Next year start preparing a little earlier.

From your question it seemed like u haven't the first clue about applying for cards etc.. But if u say so then...
Every card can only be Registered once and u can only get the $25 once per card. It also works with authorized users and that's how many ppl here have lots of cards. Besides for their own few

I have two macy's AMEX cards one for me a one for wife two separate names on cards but same numbers

AMEX would not register both by second card come back error
