Whats your experience with DB electronics?
Looks like they totally lost it!
Friend gave 5 cards, just checked and they charged only one card 5 X $25
I gave one card, was not charged.

OK excuse this question if it is a stupid one...
so now on each card we owe 25 to Amex and are expecting a credit later. Is it possible to get the credit expedited so it cancels out.. or am I going to have to repay this balance, wait for the credit, and spend another $25 on this card (to "redeem" the credit back to my CL)?

I gave 4 and was charged on all of them

Went to jewelry store in Aventura mall. Hello kitty store in Aventura mall. Candy store in Aventura mall. Ferrari store in Aventura mall. Local Chinese restaurant. And over the phone tuvias judaica, lets hope they send out the gift card

The restaurant guy emailed me saying my numbers on CC were not processing thru and I have to buy online the coupons and the promotion ended!!!!!!

These are cards I never got in mail but came up on my account online and one of them worked in a restaurant and the other ones I gave to him in the same form
So wrong!

EDIT: I just realized I sent him two more earlier and he now tells me that he was sold out and I contacted him too late and it's 7 hours after the promo.!!!
Very unprofessional
Boy did I send him an email.

Any other steps I can take from here? I trusted him with 4 cards.. $100

EDIT 2: after a few back and forths we came to an agreement and he processed 3 cards.

Received confirmation for all 3 AMEX type cards but not for my B of A Virgin Atlantic AMEX card. Anyone receive confirmation for this?

Well actually I may have to go back on that. I'm in middle of a back and forth with him and he seems to be honoring it.
Meaning 2 cards which he never processed he said he'll do and two others were my fault that last digits were wrong but he never told me till now.

So I'm awaiting confirmation

Update: Looks like db guy pulled through! I saw 1/3 pending before 12 yesterday and this morning I see 3 pending and 3 confirmation emails

"Greetings

So I'm not really sure the words to describe it, although I can think of a few, but we have just finished over 14 hours of processing close to 400 orders manually. If you emailed, faxed or called us with your order, it was processed and we have spoken to AMEX and explained that we were not able to start the process until after sundown. They want to make sure you are happy and get the promotion, so they have guaranteed to honor every card that was processed after before and after 1:59am (EST) 12:00am (Mountain Time) - so don't worry if you see your charge on Nov. 25.

If, for whatever reason, you do not see the charge on your statement's recent activity, please email us ASAP and we will check if we missed it.

If you would like to call AMEX and make sure for yourself, you are more than welcome. I do have to apologize to anyone that called last night as we were so inundated with orders that we did not have time to speak to anyone and might have been quick on the phone. We wanted to get everyone's card processed as soon as possible so you would be able to get back the $25 on your cards.

I also ask for your patience as we get out your orders. It will take a few days to get everyone's order out, so if you need your certificate for today or tomorrow, please let us know and we will do the best we can. So he processed 3 cards out of 4.
Though I still think he should have processed all 4 since he only told me that 2 of the numbers were wrong at 3:30 am PST. And luckily I'm up now.
But I told him I won't argue and if he thinks it's right he should give me the 4th

Registered some cards last night , the screen confirmed the enrollment.. Just checked the email I used and and I don't see any enrollment confirmation. Anyone that registered last night have the same issue?
