Well actually I may have to go back on that. I'm in middle of a back and forth with him and he seems to be honoring it.
Meaning 2 cards which he never processed he said he'll do and two others were my fault that last digits were wrong but he never told me till now.
So I'm awaiting confirmation

So I'm not really sure the words to describe it, although I can think of a few, but we have just finished over 14 hours of processing close to 400 orders manually. If you emailed, faxed or called us with your order, it was processed and we have spoken to AMEX and explained that we were not able to start the process until after sundown.
They want to make sure you are happy and get the promotion, so they have guaranteed to honor every card that was processed after before and after 1:59am (EST) 12:00am (Mountain Time) - so don't worry if you see your charge on Nov. 25.If, for whatever reason, you do not see the charge on your statement's recent activity, please email us ASAP and we will check if we missed it.
If you would like to call AMEX and make sure for yourself, you are more than welcome. I do have to apologize to anyone that called last night as we were so inundated with orders that we did not have time to speak to anyone and might have been quick on the phone. We wanted to get everyone's card processed as soon as possible so you would be able to get back the $25 on your cards.
I also ask for your patience as we get out your orders. It will take a few days to get everyone's order out, so if you need your certificate for today or tomorrow, please let us know and we will do the best we can. Thank you again for your support and business, but please do not wait until the last minute anymore to contact us. We emailed everyone about this promotion for 2 weeks.
