I am giving something. I am giving up my opportunity to get GC's from seforim stores or restaurants and fee sushi and toys etc.

Giving maaser and being able to enjoy something from it is not mufrach (this I heard from a Rov NOT regarding SBS).
The fact is that I was going to give my maaser to this place anyway, I just gave it last night so instead of ending up with my pockets full of GC's, I ended up with cash. I really don't see the need bichlal to ask a shaila about this.

yes you can give maiser and gain from it. that is not why sbs is questionable. so you cosider giving up a opportunity maiser, pretty sure its not

you are not giving anything thats yours rather allowing him to take from a third party, now if you would be responsible when he goes to a third party (like any regular cc charge) it would be considered you gave medin eved knani but sbs is debatable since they are guaranteeing the credit (and you would not use it if not)

AFAIK, from having consulted rabbonim regarding lending a CC to someone and making them (the borrower) liable for the finance charges. They all said that anything he borrows he is borrowing from ME not the CC and when he pays interest he is paying ME not the CC, even if he pays the CC directly without my intervention. Same applied here, when I charge my CC anywhere, automatically it's as if money just came out of my pocket because I just became liable to put up that cash to have to repay the CC.

For the fifth time: Who the heck cares if I benefited out of giving maaser. If chayim yankel promises me 1 million dollars for giving my $1000 masser to his shul my $1000 didn't count as maaser??

Additionally, I would use my CC for maaser even without SBS, and even during SBS the charges were more than $25.

And I don't see why this has any relevance. Let's say I agreed to give you a 1MM gift. And you said, just give it straight to tzedaka-that wouldn't count as your ma'aser. (which is besides the point that many poskim consider ma'aser to be a minhag (a very important and nice one, but a minhag nonetheless) which makes most of this discussion moot)

Why? seems reasonable to me. You are liable to the cc. They don't care who got the cash. In the end of the day if he doesn't pay they will come after you. Skipping you in the payment process has no relevance to who the loan is from

I guess it's the CC AH's liability which counts the CC as his own pocket.

just to highlight the point that you should do what you feel is morally/ethically/ halachally correct, I've heard forma Rabbi that if someone borrows your CC they are liable for the finance charges, because you would not have to pay the charges otherwise

You wouldn't? How about if he runs away to the Cayman islands leaving you with all the debt including the finance charges? You wouldn't have to pay them?
