still waiting on several to post. For some reason in the restaurant I went to the post date is Saturday, while the gift card registry although they charged it on Sat the post was on Sunday, which is normal but the credit hasn't posted.

My charges which were made close to 12am only posted as Sunday charges, sui the credits did not go through automatically (even though I got the confirmation emails). Just called 8002971234 and they pushed them through manually

I picked mine up last week I saw a few other people there picking up, they prepared envelopes for each order. I guess if you want it mailed you should PUTPAC.

Wow pretty dumb Amex rep. I called to have the credits done manually since the charges didn't post till Sunday and was told that since it's all on 1 account the AU's don't qualify. I didn't bother to mention that the AU's on the account that did post on Saturday got the credit

I also thought TorahTreasures was mailing in the certificates but i was told they were all in the store and asked someone to pick it up for me.

I can't believe the gift registry didn't bother to schedule their processing for Saturday night. Now I'm on the phone with Amex, and they're giving me a hard time about crediting my AUs.

It seems that while the authorizations happened on 11/30 the charges all posted on 12/1 (maybe the merchant batched out too late)

This means NO credits from Amex.

Am I the only one with the issue?

Amex chat is not what secure messaging used to be.

Yes hamafitz processed mine for Sunday also. Used a citi as well.

Trouble is whether you chat or tweet or call, it's going to be a hassle getting credit for a lot of AUs. All they had to do was schedule the batch to be processed earlier, and the credits would have gone through automatically.

i think that we all assumed that any Motzei Shabbos store taking multiple Amex for sbs would be fully aware of that..

Very sloppy. And I actually asked this question before I sent my numbers, and was told they would be processed before midnight.
