It doesn't take 3 months. Last year it took 4-5 days.

does anyone know if costco amex cards work for this? what about macys?
I saw somewhere in here that bluebird accounts work but im not sure how. I only used bluebird for filling it to pay bills . can i use the card in a regular also? if yes does it work for this promo?

Bluebird works. Just make sure you have whatever amount you're going to swipe loaded on the account.
