eichlers on coney
sefarim store on m and 18 or 19
all ur restuants (at least many of them )
pizza and icecream shops (i'm not about to make a list of every pizza shop in bklyn)
and i hear ZBerman on coney is opening this year
there are probably many others that i dont know about
check Torah times the vues the link for more stores

I spoke to Eichlers and Z. Berman and they both said they will be CLOSED.
Totally Toys said that if they get enough requests they will open.
Kitchen Clique will be open

the amex web site lets you enter a zip code for "small businesss" in your area and lists the CVS on nostrand and kings highway. they sell lots of gift cards.

Id take a SS of that store on th list b4 u buy from there, wouldnt be surprised if you have issues with that refund.

IIRC look under the list and you will see a disclaimer that the list isn't an endorsement of the business . I didn't think they were talking about the kashrus of the business. I think they mean that its not an endorsement that they actually are a small biz. Unless its some generic legal jargon that doesn't really mean anything.

I still wouldn't use that list blindly.
There does happen to be some sort of process to get on that list. When I added my business to the list I got a message that we will look into it and decide. I didn't check until the next day by then it was up there. I don't know if they just check your facebook info or they actually look how your company is registered in their card processing dept.

I just got off the phone with an amex rep and he basically told me that any business which is not a franchise or a cooperation and/or has less than 250 employees qualifies for the credit. AND if that business has an online site you could shop online and get the credit!
