Just enrolled my 85 (!) cards. much props to the oilam here for showing me the ropes previous years so i was able to maximize my ROI this year

The only one will be at a loss will be those who are not adding AU's. Look on FT, SD and anywhere you like (including the post Dan made on the main site where he mentioned his 40+ cards)
If amex had a problem with it they would not say that AU's are eligible after last year when many of us swiped alot of cards.

They don't have to arrive to register them. Authorized User cc numbers only differ from the main user in their last three or four numbers. Just log in to your account online, where you can see the last five numbers of your authorized user cards, and then go to the registration page and enter the main card's first 10 numbers, and the last five of the authorized users.

Click the card you want to see/ choose recent charges/ go to top left in the box where it says : Card activity / scroll down to 'individual cards' and bingo!

I'm guessing that activating a card before you receive it is not the safest thing to do...

Activating the card just allows the physical card to be used. The account itself is active as soon as the AU is added.

i dont think so , i tried it with 2 macys 20% off cards and it didnt work

Which means it can be used online without activating the card?
