My Citi cards have just posted automatically - also as a merchant refund as with amex. I did recieve all conf emails with this card.

I split all my cards between 2 different "vendors", and I received confirmation emails for all of them early sunday morning. My account also showed all of them pending at the time for 11/24.  Now I noticed that I've been issued all my credits for one of the vendors, and the final charge went through on 11/24. But they haven't issued any credits for the other vendor, and I see now that the actual charge is now dated 11/25.  Interesting how Amex sends confirmations on the timely pending charge, but then doesn't automatically issue credits if the charge wasn't "posted" till the next day.

same happened to me and i only got credit for the ones on sat night so i sent them a message hoping they credit them

People who did get a refund, what did it look like?

I have a citi amex card, and did not get a confirmation email, but when i looked at my statement, i saw what looks like a credit from the store, is that what it its supposed to look like?

As noted the credits show up as a refund, does that mean we don't get points for those transactions?

Has anyone who purchased certificates from the restaurant guy gotten credits ? Were your charges processed on 24th or 25th ?

I've only gotten credit for 1/4 cards.  I sent an SM to amex and mentioned that one of the cards that I'm waiting on is Citi AAdvantage.  I got this in response: "I'd like to inform you that the Citi AAdvantage Card is a third party issued Card and it is not eligible for the $25.00 credit."  So I replied, "why was I able to register it and got a confirmation email from American Express that my purchase on Small Business Saturday went through?"  To which amex replied, "I'd like to inform you that this Card is issued and serviced by Citi Bank. The American Express Blue Box on the Card signifies the Card is accepted at all American Express Merchant locations. However, for security and confidentiality, we do not have access to your account. Therefore, I request you contact them Toll-Free 866-490-2484 24 hours, 7 days a week. You'll get the exact confirmation and information about the credit."
Uh thanks!  I called citi (by accident!) last week and they had no idea what Small Business Saturday was!!! I doubt they'll be able to help with my credit.
I will wait it out a little longer to see if the credit magically appears.

Citi just sm'd back that this promo is run by American express please refer to them,
we all knew were running a risk with the citi card.
