So far, I've gotten some double manual credits becase of my repeated phone calls. Last year, I got manual credits following my phone calls, and then around a month later, they must have reviewed the accounts for certain transactions that hadn't automatically triggered credits, and they applied credits again.

I just spent 50 minutes and got my 4 cards and my wifes 3 cards (which I am a rep for) credited for $10 each. Unbelievable the hoops they make you jump through to make them keep their word. The ad said it posts automaticly, not you have to call and talk with someone for an hour:/

Even if you are only making $8 an hour you still lose those hours any way you slice it.

Not sure I understand. Unless you're saying different strokes for different folks. If you're making $8 per hour, and you have a chance to make $700 for 4 hours of work - no strenuous labor - you wouldn't take it because you lose 4 hours?

I chatted with AMEX last week because i didn't get the credit yet,
they credited me right away and now i see over Shabbes  i got the credit again!
