So the rep I just spoke to said they were told to say this was a "sale" not a mistake.
But where in the regular situation of getting a sale and wanting to exchange for a different size, they would send out the new pair and adjust the price to the original sale price.
In this 'sale' the above process won't be provided for some reason - even though it was 'not' a mistake
He did tell me he was not at work that day and missed out on the sale himself - and co-workers didn't 'let him in' before the whole deal went Dead.
