I called and 11 orders were cancelled, a few had label created and he was showing as confirmed and will ship

Did you receive your orders or were they cancelled? The reason I am asking is none of my orders were cancelled, charges posted on my cc. Just was asking for orders that were cancelled if charges were posted or were pending? Also did anyone receive a Canada Goose order? I did not have a chance to order any but a friend who did got his shoes orders delivered today and the Canada Goose /parka orders all cancelled.

only received shoes.com. Of my 7 elevtd orders, one got a cancellation email yet shows confirmed online and I received 7 ups tracking #'s...(and all charges posted)

The last time they had a sale like this, my order didn’t ship, but I did not get a cancellation email either. I didn’t get my money back until I reached out to customer service.

did they generate a shipping label? Also I had one order which was cancelled and refunded...(online still shows active though)
