won't ship to MA or NY.  I asked for promo credit (phone call) and they denied that too.  ARGH.

Doesn't seem to be shipping anywhere.

I know wine can be delivered by mail to some states, mostly out west.  Perhaps Beer  as well. 

I wouldn't hassle Amazon for a credit on an item they cant legally ship to me.
