LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Because of a glass? Did you never ask the shayla?
I asked a guy I know who said that with alcohol, glass can be a problem. although i never actually asked my lor, because I didn't know which alcoholic drinks are kosher anyway, I'm not a big drinker, I mostly drink cocktails when I do.

I may just never have noticed this, but I am in the DL SkyClub at DTW and saw these signs by the food, indicating whether they were vegan, kosher, vegetarian, etc... I know it's not 100% reliable, but it tells you where to ask!
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

I was in lax delat lounge didnt see these signs, i was once in mia and i asked to see packaging on the crackers and i searched company online and it came up as kosher. think the hummus is in a container sometimes and it is kosher.

think in general they should have more kosher options at these lounges and on the subject of kosher while flying - to have food that you would want to eat and enjoy when one flies in business/first.

Also, made a list here at some point which drinks can be ordered at a bar safely.
ETA

Gin and tonic
Rum and coke
Paloma (tequila and Fresca) if they use a white tequila
Basic Screwdriver assuming the oj is kosher (minute maid or Tropicana from what I've heard )
Whiskey ginger
Amaretto ginger (as per Dan)

Ask your LOR
Order an Amaretto with Ginger Ale.
Thank me later.
BTW, the crc list says that amaretto can only be used with a hechsher

But that would mean that one should check what they have and not just assume.

Yup, the only place I've encountered that didn't have Disaronno was the Andaz Maui. But I looked up the brand they were using and it was on the CRC list as well :)

So what you saying?
That according to RMA definitely mutar. According to Mechaber this would also be mutar if done derech arai. Typically in an airport lounge it will be. It is definitely akrai.

Note that a bunch of achronim argue on RMA.

Not sure what you mean by such cases. Yes the GRA argues, but the Levush brings the RAM and the Shach seems to go with it as well. The Aruch Hashulchan paskens like the RMA.

Either way the typical case of an airport lounge would be mutar even according to the Mechaber.

We wouldn't typically go w the ramo if most poskim argue strongly is what I meant..

Either way, how are defining bakrai AND derech arai as applied to a lounge?

You have a very lenient interpretation of the רמ"א.
Why don't you just take the bear and drink it someplace else?
Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

How do you interpret the רמ"א other than that beer and schnapps are mutar?

Akrai is easy. That means that it can't be a regular thing done bkvius like stopping in the bar on the way home from work each day. An airport lounge, even for a frequent flier, would only be because you happen to be at that specific airport in that terminal with access to that lounge. Everyone there is akrai. It is not like the local bar.

Arai means as opposed to "sitting and drinking". It may be possible  in some lounges to have cases which are not arai. This is why I wrote "if done derech arai". If the lounge has a bar where people "sit and drink" in a similar manner to the local bar then it may present an issue. If you are just taking a beer from the fridge and going to a couch on the side with your sefer/laptop/book/etc. then that is not כדרך שאדם קובע בשתיה
