LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Need quick advice. I’m in dan lounge in Ben Gurion.  Rabbanut hechsher. If I usually go for bdatz mehadrin what, if anything, can we eat. Everything is loose not packaged.

That's actually an interesting point. Is the regular rabbanut considered problematic for Maasir etc.?

If you don't trust them regarding regular kashrus, why would you trust them with truma and maaser?

I think the crackers are good but ask to see the package. You can ask for the package for any item you think may be good.

If you don't trust them regarding regular kashrus, why would you trust them with truma and maaser?

Well, for a number of reasons.
Practically speaking, fresh fruit and vegetables can actually have terumos and maasros taken twice, and this with the regular rabbanut.

Here's how it works:
1) Wholesale market.
2) Local store (or large scale caterer).
3) Local store with badatz type kashrus.

There are a few possible problems, due to the rabbanut not insisting on a number of chumros that, say, Rav Efrati holds are needed, but by and large things are not remotely like they were in the 1950's when the Chazon Ish zt"l recommended everyone to take terumos and maasros again at home. Added to this the fact that terumos and maasros is derabonnon nowadays, and the rule we follow is sofeik derabonnon lekulo (certainly when it is a dry mixture where it is botel berov min hatoro anyway).

As far as "trust" is concerned, there is a major difference between the kashrus supervision in large organised wholesale markets where everything going in and out is documented properly, and a small restaurant with a lazy mashgiach who rarely if ever actually turns up. The Rov of the airport is known to be a yerei shomayim.

So, the bottom line is that:
The veg in the lounge is not a problem (none of it will still be from shmitto ....). Chopped mixed leafy veg will always be "Gush Katif" style as the rabbanut insists on this.
Look at the containers of butter and cottage/cream cheese and see what hechsher it has - my experience is that it is usually mehadrin. Likewise for the milk. Even with the milk mehadrin only differs from regular as far as shabbos milking is concerned. This will definitely not be a problem on Sundays, and may poskim hold it is always bottel. There is no milk of cholov akkum sold in Israel.
The rabbanut are very machmir about Orla. It is very difficult to find Orla produce in any "organised" outlets in Israel. This means that almost all Orla fruit gets exported. Take note here when purchasing Israeli fruit in chutz looretz!
Tuna is highly unlikely to be a problem. I don't think there is any non mehadrin tuna sold in Israel, and even if there were, it would be very difficult to make out a serious case for it having real kashrus problems other than not paying the right guys.

Chummus and techina MAY not be mehadrin, likewise baked goods.

Check out the box for the baked goods if they allow you (and sometimes you can even see it while peaking into the back, at the side.) I usually find that it is bedatz - but haven't been there for a few months so you need to check.

Update re BA in Heathrow - in Gallaries (business class lounge) in T5 they now have leek and potato soup + vegetarian salami panini, served hot. Really tasty (but Hamotzie).
I got the same in all 3 lounges.

Re Flagship lounges in JFK and MIA - no kosher food yet (apart from ZTB pastries and breads in Miami) as of this week.

There is very little that can go wrong with plain bread (just chala  pretty much) keep in mind that in many places permitting appropriate legislation people buy bread from goyim with no supervision at all. (This is minhag Ashkenaz for many years discussed in the Mordechai).

Things are very different now than in the times of the Mordechai. This is discussed in poskim. Bread can have all sorts of ingredients which they did not use then. Release agents are used which were not used then. There are breads which may have shared equipment with the plain breads etc.

So what's the halacha with the ZTB bread found in AA's MIA lounge?

Not sure, I haven't been there yet.
Question is how high of an assurance level is required for bread? If you see it come out of an unsealed ZTB box is that good enough?
