LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Just saw this now,

I was there in late july, chef claimed that if i called in advance to order kosher meals they get them from Teaneck (she couldn't supply me with any more details)

Made me a nice fruit plate though,
Wonderful, wonderful lounge real game changer
I was there for like 12 hours (had a 17 hour delay that kept getting pushed back every few hours)
Did they let you open a new bottle of wine?

Sent a message to TK customer service requesting KSML at IST lounge. Response below:
Yeah, ask them when I was in the lounge and he transalated his response from Turkish to Hebrew and said he can't because it's "אסור" don't know if it was just bad translation by Google or there is an issue with serving kosher.
I'm not who you think I am.

Both of them?
Cool.
IIRC they were both mevushal but people should double check before drinking a glass, I don't remember if the bartender opened a new bottle or not

Mini Review.
Delta Lounge Boston Logan (BOS).
Terminal A.
There are two separate lounges, one right past security and the other across the terminal, long walk underground, near gate 18.   We went to the latter today, for breakfast.
The kosher options:
They had Post Raisin Bran, Quaker oatmeal (instant, just add water, Plain, in bulk dispenser).
Sliced melon.
Whole fruit.
Yogurt was not kosher by most standards Yoplait).  Didn’t catch the name of the cottage cheese maker.
Not much, but I enjoyed the espresso /latte machine.
It is a nice comfortable setting.
Found a little slightly separate alcove that was good for davening.  Watched the sun come up. :)

What makes sliced melon kosher?
It was sliced and then sealed with a label?

Fair point.  It was just sliced melon, not specifically kosher.  Sorry about that.

AFAIK, but AYLOR, י"א it may be possible to eat sliced fruit in certain industrial settings. Not sure exactly what halachos are but I remember asking about it a long time ago.
I'm not who you think I am.

+1, since in most cases even if the knife was used for any non-kosher product it's בטל בשישים.
but again AYLOR.

בטל בשישים by  knife, that applies?!  What if the knife was used to cut an onion or something davar charif and then they use it to cut lets say some like treif sausages and then they cut the melon, even if they wash it off the knife before cutting the melon the melon will still be non kosher since the knife is now trief.

Even if there's  בליעות from previous Onion or any hot sausage, it shouldn't be a problem, since the Fruits are cold and not a דבר חריף like hot pepper or so.
Again AYLOR.

a friend of mine told me that he thinks MAD has kosher food in the PP lounge, can anyone confirm?
