LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Borenstein meal at the Delta Sky Club.

They usually have 2 options, a vegetable risotto or chicken. They did not have the risotto dish when I was there, so chicken it was.

Meal took about 7 minutes to prepare from when I requested it, and the waiter brought it to my seat.

The dish is 3 Chicken Tenders with steamed Corn and a single mini Potato Latke cut in half.

The chicken and latke were both extremely rubbery / chewy. The corn was the highlight of the meal :)

From the Wiki:

"YYZ - KLM Lounge (Source: http://grodzinskibakery.com/locations)."

Yes, but my experience is that generally goes out strictly before LY flights.

I’ve had decent Borenstein meals on DL. The blintzes were actually good. I’ve also had some sort of beef meal, that was decent.

Was there on Sunday shortly after LY departed (saw it taxiing from the air train back to Terminal C) and they said the same.  However I pushed a bit and she was willing to open it as the "food is expiring tomorrow"

https://www.dansdeals.com/points-travel/airlines/airline-news/kosher-meals-starting-make-comeback-domestic-flights/
"Kosher meals need to be ordered 24 or 48 hours in advance and you should never rely on an online request or a request from a codeshare airline, you should always call the airline that you’re flying with to confirm a kosher meal request."
Still recomended?

I'm in AA Flasgship Dining MIA now and they have a few kosher meal options.

I'll upload pictures when I'm bored enough.

Cross-posting here. Will add to the wiki, when we have the info / pics.

I just completed a trip on ElAl to and from Israel. In the lounges there were no signs about kashrus. Many people were eating the food as if there's no problem. Honestly, I didn't ask anyone. Was wondering what you folks know about the kashrus in those lounges (Dan) and why there's no certificate.

I don't recall which, but in the Dan lounge I was in, there was a teudah up. Not one I relied on, but it was posted.
