LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Just went to Art & Lounge in EWR.
There was a locked fridge with Kosher food which the manager said they only open when an ELAL flight is flying.
She insisted she doesn't even have the key.
Later someone else asked and she opened it up for us!
Any idea what is going on?

At the ELAL Gate in YYZ (C30) they have a non kosher restaurant (Heirloom) which sells pre packaged meals from Grodzinski in Toronto. I saw:

Tuna Salad
Egg Salad
Pastrami
They also had Yogurt and Granola and Kosher hard boiled eggs...

I don't think this has been posted (and my apologies if it has - a search I did didn't show it).
The YYZ AC Signature Suite lounge (technically only open to paid J class international (not US) passengers on AC metal - and they are very very strict about admission) has a  full free restaurant (which happens  to have very good reviews).  They do have a kosher option and will provide a Toronto Kosher TV dinner (-a couple of choices, I think) plus a desert. They need about 30 minutes to prepare it so it only works if you have time or if you arrange ahead (perhaps with the AC concierge).  The lounge staff are excellent but not as well trained in kosher as on board crew so you need to be on top of them to ensure that they don't open the foil wrapping in their attempts to be helpful.

Was just at Art & Lounge at EWR tonight. I asked if it was possible to get kosher food. The person said it's usually just for El Al but she opened it for me to grab a few things and then locked it back up. I wouldn't rely on it.

Does anyone know if you happen to be in the lounge before an El Al flight would you be able to just take kosher food or do they only let El Al people in the room with the fridge?

That is what happened to me too. But now I am wondering if I wasn't allowed to take, as it was for EL AL passengers only.....worried about taking שלא כדין.
I tried calling the El AL number at Newark airport to ask them, but couldn't get through to a person.

Here now, fridge open with no lock, though might be because it's in the timing of Elal flight.

Reposting here from the general lounge thread, re. AA Flagship Dining in MIA:

Didn't taste the chicken, but the Salisbury steak was not bad. Pretty small, but hot and somewhat tasty. The potatoes were bland and I didn't even bother with the peas and carrots. The waitress was more than happy to bring me a second one and was quite familiar with the kosher rules as far as serving goes. The ambiance is also quite nice.

Overall not a bad way to spend some time on a layover, but I'd consider the food more a snack than a meal.
Was just here, they offered me this + some fish options. Which caterer is this? All I see is Spring valley.

Pretty sure Spring Valley is not really a caterer. Rather, they are a frozen food manufacturer.   Costco used to carry cocktail Franks and hors doevers by them.

Does ORD have any kosher food? How about MDW?
http://www.jewishtraveler.co.il/airport-terminals-supply-kosher-food/

According to that article there is kosher food in terminal 1 and 2 in O’Hare. Can someone verify?
