Reposting here from the general lounge thread, re. AA Flagship Dining in MIA:

Didn't taste the chicken, but the Salisbury steak was not bad. Pretty small, but hot and somewhat tasty. The potatoes were bland and I didn't even bother with the peas and carrots. The waitress was more than happy to bring me a second one and was quite familiar with the kosher rules as far as serving goes. The ambiance is also quite nice.

Overall not a bad way to spend some time on a layover, but I'd consider the food more a snack than a meal.

Just had this in the DL lounge in JFK, just gotta ask for it. They also had a fish or beef option.

Admiral’s Club
LAX T4

I asked if I could see the packages for the snacks and chips to see if they were kosher, or if they had any specifically kosher food.
They sent another guy out — I think he came over from the Flagship Lounge — and he told me they could heat up a salmon meal for us. He said, you want plastic utensils, right? I smiled and thanked him.

I would rate it about a 6.
It came out piping hot.
The salmon was a little dry/overcooked but had a good taste.
The Lima beans were not too soft.
The rice had a nice dill flavor but was a little too salty.

Nice that they went out if their way for our special needs.

Well I just noticed a sandwich with a hechsher and asked if they had more and they do!

Delta Sky Club T4
When I went inside the chef walked over to me noticing I'm Jewish and asked if I want kosher food. He gave me a few options after choosing 2 he told me he will heat it and bring it to me when its ready. Was very impressed with the service and overall experience food was pretty good.
