LHR BA Lounges - Kosher food is available at BA's lounges as follows:
T5/T3 Galleries Club: Bagel/panini and/or soup.
T5/T3 Galleries First: Main course, usually a choice of salmon, chicken stir fry or meat balls (sometimes changed to spaghetti bolognaise).
T5 Concorde Room (CCR): Same as First, but they will also bring soup from the Club lounge if asked, and can also do a plate of plain smoked salmon (with a slice of lemon) on request. Just make sure you stress that you ONLY want the smoked salmon, otherwise they will bring cooked cherry tomatoes or other stuff with it. They will also mix cocktails using Grey Goose vodka instead of the non-kosher Ciroc (Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitan) if asked. The staff in the CCR are very helpful.
Galleries First and the CCR also have a kosher breakfast option: omelette or 'frittata' with stuff which is supposed to make it look like a "full English Breakfast" - meaning it has a couple of rather poor Tivall sausages included. But the rest of the stuff is OK.
The arrivals lounge only carries the kosher breakfast.
Plain salted Kettle chips are kosher. If you want any for the flight ask at the lounge as they only carry two non-kosher flavored version on the aircraft. Also, in the CCR you need to ask at the bar for them in the packet otherwise they will (helpfully) open the bag into a pretty china bowl for you.
To get a kosher meal in the Galleries lounges you need to get one of the servers and ask them to check what kosher meals are available. In the Concorde Room (CCR) you go to the dining area reception desk and ask there, or you can ask at the bar, or indeed ask any of the staff who tend to float around. If you want soup in the CCR they may well tell you that they don't have kosher soups - they are not 100% wrong there because they don't store any of the kosher soup in their kitchen (which is shared with Galleries First). However, if you ask them to check with their supervisor whether they can bring it for you from the Galleries Club lounge they will always manage to arrange it.
LHR El Al contract lounge: BLUSH
LHR Virgin Atlantic ClubHouse, Hermolis meals and kosher wine
MAD Priority Pass T4S Neptuno had kosher meals on request (salami sandwiches, pasta salad, cake) with local Hechsher.
MUC KSML available with pre-request to Lufthansa.
SIN Singapore Airlines Private Room (Hermolis). KSML is available here only if requested 4 hours in advance per the waiter.
SYD Qantas First Lounge - available on advance request (Lewis KSML). Call CS and ask to be put through to the F lounge.
TLV Dan Lounges (not mehadrin/heter mechira).
TLV King David Lounge (mehadrin/shmita l'chumra).
YYZ KLM Lounge (terminal 3). Gradzinski Sandwiches are available before LY flights on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. And in Air Canada Signature lounge (terminal 1) hot kosher meals from Toronto Kosher are available but they need about half an hour to heat them up.

Picture of sandwiches today in the IGA Lounge in IST.
What are the choices? Do you need to reserve in advance?

I had in CDG Paul Maxcene lounge (dont remember the exact spelling, but it's the lounge which is used by ElAl) Kosher meals like fish and chicken, rolls, kosher vine, with a designated microwave for ElAl customers. There was also ceam cheese and lox bagel sandwiches.

LAX, Delta Sky Club I had warm meals available from Meal mart, selection of fish or chicken.

These meals are similar to airline meals, only difference you have to worry it was reused....

Coming home from far destinations you do appreciate these meals, while you are connecting.

Just IGA for now.

Was in IGA two days ago. Regarding the initial post stating that there is wrapped hot food ready to be warmed up, there was none of that. Much like the vending machine that only had cheese sandwiches

Next to the non kosher buffet,  there is a sign with pictures of two sandwiches and cakes.  They had two options of Mezonos bread sandwiches and two cakes that are the same as ones served on flights.
I would pay for that tuna Sandwhich in a store. Unique and fresh taste. Other is a nice thick cut plain cheese Sandwhich that I’m almost certain is same one offered in the vending machine.
The cakes are same ones given out on flights. A lemon sponge cake and a marble version. Both always fresh and tasty
Turkish has the best in flight Kosher food. While the initial article had me expecting more, this was definitely great.

Separately, I remember Turkish meals served in flight coming with more side dishes etc. Seems they have made it a smaller meal. Also, they used to have a small cookie dessert as part of theyre dessert package rotation that came around every few times. I really hope they don’t start cheapening they’re service. I wonder if the main Turkish lounges will start carrying Kosher food as well.

My pics didn’t come through?

I’m napping in the Miles & Smiles suite after a nice shower, I’ll eat before I fly. Grabbed some sandwiches and cake to go from the IGA lounge before I came here. Looks delicious.

Why you in the M&S lounge if you're flying J? If you walk a little further there's the Turkish Business Lounge. I think its better.

It appears to be virtually identical down to the layout and size, and I just came to that one first. I think the only difference is that in the Business lounge there’s an art gallery instead of the theater which is in that area in the M&S. Yes there are probably some more people in M&S but I was mostly in the suite while I was there so it didn’t matter.

As for IGA, my flight was delayed so I went back and brought in a couple of Israeli guys who were waiting around for hours in the main terminal and starving (using Priority Pass, apparently at least 2 guests are allowed) and they had another 4 fresh sandwiches and cake ready for us. It appears to be pretty well stocked.

I have to say my experiences at all of the lounges in IST were absolutely amazing. The food, drinks, showers, service, bedroom, seats, general ambiance, even alcohol were all top of the line. Easily the best lounges I’ve ever been to.
