thats why i am asking for his contact info i called cutomer service they said thy will file a complain with the manager but i didnt hear back anything and my rantel is tommorow
You can usually call the branch number, (some branches will require you to press 1 for English,) press 4 and ask for the manager.

My branch said they'll honor it for me but that's because I have a relationship with them.

Anybody ever have an issue with an underage rental (22) using Chabad Enterprise code in FLL? I'm booking for relative who doesn't know the ins and outs and probably won't be able to deal with interrogations or issues that can arise. I'd rather not use USAA for various reasons. Thanks
There are a few (too many) Chabad codes. Each one has slightly different perks.
That's why although I actually work with a big Chabad Mosad and can easily prove it, I never use the Chabad Enterprise code.

Has anyone ever had luck renting something bigger then a midsize from Enterprise while under 25?
If I make a reservation from the app/online/phone for a bigger vehicle, and it goes through - would the be obligated to rent it to me?

Does anyone have the contach infor for the regional manager of Monsey? the just called me that they are not gonna honer my resv. for this weekend with the $9.99 promo iam really mad
How were they supposed to honor it? Weren't they closed on new years? IME all the employees have been really nice and I have a relationship with almost all of them..
ETA: If it was who called on Wednesday at approximately 09:30 AM I was in the branch at the time and can tell you the reps name who you spoke with. Additionally, with enterprise an email confirmation doesn't mean much. I have had multiple occasions where a branch did not have vehicles on site even though the website was accepting reservations.

I'm not asking if they will have cars on site. They happen to be terrible with inter-company logistics, however will they rent me the vehicle? I think there is some NJ law against renting a big vehicle to under 25
(I'm not sure about this, and it doesn't make sense because Hertz does it. I will do some research)

They can physically give you the car but these rules are usually made by the region. The local representatives may need to explain to the regional manager why they gave a car to someone who was under 25 when it's against the rules.

My point isn't whether or not the vehicle is on site. My point is that a reservation stating that you are booked for an SUV when you are underage means nothing.
FYI: In Minneapolis I rent a Ram 1500 from enterprise when I was young. I don't think that would happen in NY/NJ though.

Doesn't mention Enterprise. Mentions National and Alamo though.

I just confirmed with the branch manager of Howell (I have an excellent relationship with them) that he can not rent me a vehicle bigger then a Standard. He said it is Enterprises policy in New Jersey and there is nothing he can do about it - and if C"V I get into an accident I WONT BE COVERED. :(

And I just made a reservation IN BRANCH for a full size car. While discussing the rate he clearly mentioned that it would be a full size.

I never understood why the rental companies have midsize cars as full size
