So no answer here; but they charged me $20 for bringing it back 1 hr and 7 min late, can anyone recommend who in Enterprise I can call to try to get the $20 waved.

You're contract is for 24 hours with a late grace period of up to 30 minutes. After that hourly charges apply until a second day rate kicks in. But regular CS number prob best bet, say there was crazy traffic or something.

For next time, you can try (I've only tried / needed once in the past (National- local branch)) with getting them to print the contract and give me the car, but change the "charges start at time" to a few hours after I left (to match 24 hours, when I would be back).

Interesting when I got the car I asked them about returning late but just talked to some random person and he told me there would be a late fee.
I should have made a bigger deal about it but I was in rush to leave the airport and get going on my trip.

Sorry for the n00b question :)
I see national and enterprise are partners that when i rent with enterprise it's like i rented with national and is counted towards a free day.
Question: if i have national EE will i get an upgrade when renting with enterprise?
Thank you

It’s 2 different as far as free days. 99% they don’t give upgrades, saying it’s all reserved

Thanks for breaking the ice: another n00b question:

National Executive Elite Membership,  21-25 years old, Yeshiva code takes care of underage fee on enterprise. Anyway to rent from enterprise at an airport and choose a better car from the aisle? Anyway to reserve with enterprise using the yeshiva code and pick up from the National EE aisle?

have you tried entering the code with national? I know some corporate codes are the same for National, Alamo, and Enterprise.

Is there any way to get a second driver for free, use a Costsco upgrade (7% discount/free driver) or use a plat free upgrade perk when booking on points with Chase?

Is showing the plat good enough?  DPs?  CS says that only one CSP is allowed and booking through Chase to use the points acts a a CSP.  Is there any other way to book Enterprise using points?

News worthy:
Enterprise just dropped their minimum age to 18 for the next couple months, but they officially require a student ID.

All the companies lowered to 18? I noticed 21 or waiving underage fees.
I guess I missed that.

You're contract is for 24 hours with a late grace period of up to 30 minutes. After that hourly charges apply until a second day rate kicks in.

You get charged an hourly rate up to 4 hours. After that you automatically pay for a second day.
