i used my CSR card at a restaurant for $560 but only got 560 points because it's categorized as grocery which is clearly not the case,
is there an option to contact chase and get the bonus or it's a lost case?

I''ve sm'ed chase before, and got a "we rely on information provided by the merchant" response

Yes! amex I had spoken plenty of times every time i got a call back approx 10 days later and everything was credited correctly

Happens all the time.
