I upgraded my sapphire preffered to a reserve and was refunded the $95 annual fee for the preffered but was never charged the $450 for the reserve, can I realy that I won't be charged anymore for this year? And can I add an additional user relying that I won't be charged for that either?

Before 12 months I don't think you can upgrade
