I always just talk to business CS, I'm pretty sure they were always US-based.

If you have a corporate discount I think it's automatic. Otherwise they'll probably just transfer you back to consumer support.

I applied and was accepted for the Chase Saphire at the end of May. Then in I opened Chase United in thge middle of July. Then a week ago I closed my Chase Continental. I have about $12000 limit on both Saphire and United. I wanted to apply for Chase Freedom now. Would it be better to wait a little considering recent activity? Thanks!

Different offers have different APR terms.

My parents have had a chase freedom card and a chase checking account for a few years, I just took a look at a statement and saw no mention of the 10*10 exclusive.
This is the message I got after a SM:

Dear ----,

Thank you for contacting Chase.

The change to the Chase Freedom Exclusives 10&10 program
for customers who have an open Chase checking account is
being done in phases. Your account will be automatically
changed to this program over a period of time and we will
notify you of the same.

If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

Any ideas how to get this expedited?

It's $1500 limit for the categories (per quarter), earning you a 7500 UR point bonus.

Will they close a different card and transfer the credit limit if I call in?

Call the reallocation number in the FAQ they should be willing to help you

I was able to call the # on back of my freedom card. didn't even need to provide my chase acct #, they handles the whole thing right away
