How does showing something they have in common with poor blacks show which is more or less? I poetically don't think it is really relevant which is not our Less and that probably varies from person to person. Even if they have more in common with rich white Kids they still bring a diversity of thought from Their differing ancestral background and the aspects which are similar to poor black kids.

Very well, but which board is more likely to have diverse backgrounds? One which has a mix of male, female, oriental, hispanic, black, indian, etc. of one which is all white male?

This is one of the reasons for the resilience of the US economy. The diversity common in American corporate boards is unheard of in other countries (Just look at the Gohsn fiasco).

If you think people on this forum are ignorant of discrimination against blacks in this country, then you should really get out more.

The question is not if rich black kids face discrimination. It's if being black gives someone a more unique insight into running a business than growing up poor does.
