Also various forms of incest, adultery (between a married woman and anyone not her husband), and bestiality.
What about a married man and anyone not his wife. Is that on the list for capital punishment?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

What about abortion? I would say religion has been kept out of that equation.

people who want to overturn Roe vs Wade are trying to change that.  Again, though, it hasn't been kept out - any attempt at determining when life begins has religious overtones.  All laws dealing with property ownership, interpersonal relationships etc. are based on religious decisions, if you go back far enough in history.

Which religion are they considering when asking when life begins? Has any SCOTUS made a religious argument to overturn RvW?

That can theoretically be explained by the biology of a woman living with multiple men vs a man with multiple women and their effects.

I'm not asking for an explanation of eishes ish. I read JJ's comment as attempting to provide an explanation, and did not understand how it does so.

Is the offspring of a Jewish mother and non-Jewish father considered a Jew or non-Jew? My limited and often misplaced knowledge says it would be a Jew. Is that correct?

Eishes ish is a byproduct  of the exclusivity which is one sided - You probably have to go a step back and discuss polygamy only being an issue on one side
