Virgin atlantic

Has anyone flown virgin atlantic premier class from ny to tel aviv?
Are thinking of treating ourselves but while It seems to provide larger seats and more legroom on the international portion from ny to London it is not clear if the upgrade on the London - tel aviv portion is as significant- in which case it may not be worth the additional fee . Has anyone flown this route and have some insight?

What route is not flying yet. Virgin is selling a premier cabin ticket from jfk- tel aviv with a  stop in London. Are you saying that the London-tel aviv portion does not have a premier cabin option?

I do not know the actual facts but what @LoLo meant was that they are the selling the seats but the route has not actually started to physically yet, in other words the Virgin Planes are not flying to Israel will start a little later this year.

They’re using the same planes for London-Tel-Aviv as New York-London, so I’d assume premier cabin would be the same.

-1, they've scheduled 4 of their 6 daily NY-LHR flights with A350's with the last one not flying until December so it's very likely that you will not have the same equipment on LHR-JFK as you will on TLV-LHR.

Thank you to those who responded to my question.
For anyone interested in booking this flight - i did significant research
the flights from london- tel aviv are on the older planes which have the larger seat (21 inch) premium economy seat and are a nice upgrade from regular economy
the portion from JFK-London is on  the A350's -  which have much smaller sized premium economy seats - 18.5 inches vs 17.4 inches in economy - has more legroom but the difference in the seat width on the JFK-London portion is minimal
