I am wondering -
I currently have a Penfed American Express. I earn points for every dollar spent, mostly 1 point per dollar.
(There are some categories that there is more points per $ and often times of the year that there are 1.25 points per ect...)
For the travel reward you book flights using points based on the cost of the flight.
Last year I went to Florida - it was 14,000 points per ticket. (the redemption they give you is 1.7ccp)
(so a flight to LA or a different destination that is more expensive will be 25k+ points)
I have used this card over the year and now have enough for 2 tickets to Florida
My question is is this the best/cheapest redemption option? I know spirit air has 5000 points to Florida but there is too many restrictions
