Hi Im looking to buy a car from some guy near waterbury off craigslist. I want to bring it to a reliable mechanic in waterbury can someone suggest an honest guy there to look over the car he would see more than uneducated eye would. anyone know anyone who might know?

Have not been there in a while, but I used Brass City Auto on Thomaston Ave a couple of times. Honest and nice guy.

wow Connecticut must be the most boring state considering the low post count here

I just wanted to share this Golf Course in CT that I had an excellent time at. During Corona I was looking for something to do outside on chol hamoed pesach and my brother found this golf course. Its ~2 hrs from 5 towns but during Corona you would do anything to get out
The course is great for beginner-advanced players and the prices are to die for. I almost fell over when the manager said a golf cart to rent was 8$! (the only other course I've gone to is North Woodmere course if anyones familier; exorbitantly priced, and extremely difficult to deal with..)

Just throwing it out there!

yep I’ve been there. It’s very nice for all ages. Literally packed on chol hamoed.
The layout is very interesting - it’s located in the back of a large furniture store. Not sure of the economical strategy there but ok 🤷‍♂️

You can add The Crown Market in Hartford they have delicious take out meals, pizza, sushi, bagels, grocery, etc. Hyperlinks are too complicated for me
