closed aug 2 think nex closing is aug 3

If you cancel the card within 30 days of when the AF is billed you will get a full refund
I understand, But if somebody doesn't want to close the account, They want to downgrade it, The only option is to downgrade before the 2nd AF posts, or else that have to pay part of the AF.
