Marriott Package Expired

My 7 days Marriott package expired yesterday. Is there anyway that I can get them to reactivate the certificate.

I thought I already used it. I called a few times and they refused. Any ideas to get them to compensate?

Was it converted yet? I had them convert for me an expired package
