...and if they believe they flip-flopped because of their "itinerary" then they need to put the Kool-Aid down.
Let's pretend this whole thing isn't just an elaborate Kabuki theater. Did you even read the full itinerary? (link below)
This is almost entirely a trip spent in palestinian territory. Even the hotels their staying in are in East Jerusalem. 'Speaking with an interfaith group about religious freedom?' - I highly doubt she'll speak to Jews who religious freedom is denied when they want to pray on the temple mount. 'Speaking with West Bank and Gazan Entrepreneurs about investment and startups" - I don't think their intention is to speak with Hillel Fuld - or with Danny Birnbaum for that matter so he can say to them your BDS BS cost hundreds of palestinians to lose good jobs, and how'd that work out? Pepsi handed me a couple billion for my company.
Heck - even their description of their meeting with the "State Department Country Staff" and a location TBD is suspicious. They're members of congress, why wouldn't they meet with the Ambassador at the Embassy?
If these two lovely members of congress wanted to truly open a dialog, they would've joined the other 72 members of congress for their trips last week, and extended it by a week to visit the Palestinian sites that they wanted to showcase.
To be fair, there is showmanship by Bibi, who desperately needs to win this upcoming election and by Deri, who desperately wants to be part of Bibi's coalition and nice juicy ministership.
But Tlaib showed her true intentions when she put her ambitions and intentions ahead of visiting her grandmother.
