There seemed to be a massive problem with Israeli biometric passports at TLV on Friday morning. From my observation only about 10% of Israelis succeeded in scanning their passports at the kiosks. The rest had to wait on line for manual entry. Due to the increase in non-biometric entry, the lines were quite long. Anyone else experience this on other days? Or was this perhaps just a one time outage?
