Your screenshot is of a webpage dated 2014. Currently it's $40 to park at games https://www.metlifestadium.com/getting-here/nfl-parking-information and at the siyum https://www.metlifestadium.com/alert-detail-page/lists/info-news-alerts/13th-global-siyum
The $46 option promises "expedited entry to The Siyum and be able to park in special reserved parking lots which are much closer to the entrances of the stadium." Doesn't say which lot. Not that I know enough about the lots to judge.

If bringing anything, make sure to put it in a clear bag - either stadium approved or a gallon zip lock. I don't even think shipping bags are allowed.
