Ipod Shuffle
« on: October 12, 2011, 01:56:57 PM »
I just got an Ipod Shuffle from a friend. He had it laying around collecting dust so I repossessed it for him.

Now that I have a Ipod Shuffle.. I cant seem to get it to work. I charged it overnight. Now it just won't connect to my computer. I'm currently running on the newest Itunes.

I did check online for troubleshooting but nothing helped...  :-\

Anyone with any ideas? (other then going down to the store..)

Thanks.

Assuming you're running Windows:

I'd start the troubleshooting by going into device manager and seeing if the computer even acknowledges it was plugged in, then I'd look to see if the drivers loaded it properly.
