Hello All,
I have been eyeing Quantas flights through Alaska for a week. Today I go to book a domestic business class flight within Australia and find all business class flights, regardless of the dates or whether they are non-stop or connecting, show as "mixed cabin". They are charging 20k for these bus class flights, the same points amount stated on their partner award chart for a true business class flight. When I review the itinerary before checking out it states the flight is coach. Has anyone ever had this issue? Could it be a glitch? Should I call them?
