It so sad seeing a company run their loalty program down the drain. He was a model for others and is what is called "grass roots" marketing. He did a fairly good job for the circumstances.

Now time to see if Hilton starts playing a better game.

Only if Hyatt would of hired him.

FWIW, CO Insider (Scott O' Leary) was far more helpful and accurate than Starwood Lurker. Those were the days when FT was truly useful.

Though Will did hook us up with free on-camera seats at American Idol from SPG back in the day  ;D

But still, ridiculous loss for Marriott and nice job by Hilton.
